NSW Health in Moree is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to join the VAN service within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Based at Moree Community Health Service, you will provide culturally safe, trauma-informed support and advocacy, coordinating cases with Aboriginal communities and health professionals.

You will build relationships, work independently with a team-oriented team, and contribute to prevention and health promotion across local communities.
