We currently have a FULL TIME positions available for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

- Learn how to prepare and cook every one of our quirky and delicious menu items.

- Work in a high-volume kitchen across a mix of day, evening and night shifts.

- Be part of a team that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

- Create delicious dishes by preparing and cooking our menu items to perfection.

- Ensure top-notch food safety, stock rotation and kitchen standards.

- Keep our kitchen clean and organised - because we take pride in our space!

Who We're Looking For:

- Someone who can keep their cool in a busy,



quick-paced kitchen environment.

- A team player who is willing to learn and take direction.

- Strong English comprehension and verbal communication skills - you’ll need to read and follow recipes and communicate effectively with a large team.

- Some previous kitchen experience is essential. This may include experience as a Cook, Kitchen Hand, Apprentice/Trainee Cook, Fast Food Cook or in a similar food preparation role. You do not need to be a qualified Chef; however, you must have experience working in a commercial kitchen setting.

- Someone who can multitask, work efficiently and maintain high food safety standards during busy service periods.

The Fine Print:

- The successful applicant must have valid Australian working rights.

- You’ll need a reliable means of getting to and from work to meet the operational requirements of the role.

- Cooks who complete our training program are entitled to a FREE meal on every shift!

- You must be available to work our peak trading times, including Friday and Saturday nights.

- This is a genuine Full-Time position, with team members working 38 hours per week.

- Cook shifts are generally 7-8 hours in length and may include opening, daytime, evening and closing shifts. Late night finishes are common (e.g. 5:00pm-12:30am/1:00am). Applicants must genuinely be available to work full-length shifts, as we do not generally offer short 3-4 hour cook shifts.

- As a 24-hour restaurant, there may be occasional overnight (dawn) shifts where support is needed, so flexibility in this area is appreciated.
