Platform28, located in Melbourne VIC, is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the hospitality team. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, managing staff, and ensuring smooth guest experiences across front and back-of-house functions.

You will be the on-shift point of contact, drive excellent service, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to optimise flow. RSA or hospitality management training is advantageous.
