The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) invites suitable applicants to manage the lifecycle of WorkCover claims and lead proactive return-to-work strategies across the department. You will guide, coach and support People Leaders to implement productive return-to-work approaches and identify injury trends.

You will build productive relationships with the WorkCover Agent, WorkSafe Victoria, unions and service providers, using strong stakeholder management, reporting and presentation
