B C Willoughby Constructions Pty Ltd T/A Bungalow Homes You will be responsible for the preparation and painting of interior and exterior surfaces on residential and commercial projects, delivering a high quality finish to our clients’ homes/granny flats/offices within project timeframes.

responsibilities Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and removing old paint Applying primers, sealers, undercoats and finishing coats using brushes, rollers and spray equipment Selecting, mixing and matching paints and finishes to client and builder specifications Painting interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trims, eaves and fascias Protecting floors, fixtures and surrounding areas with drop sheets and masking Erecting and working safely from ladders, trestles and scaffolding Estimating paint quantities and liaising with the site supervisor on materials and schedules Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment,



and keeping work areas tidy and secure Complying with WHS requirements and company procedures on site Qualification &

experience Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, or equivalent qualification or relevant experience Minimum 12 months of experience as a Painter White Card (General Construction Induction) Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current driver licence About Company Bungalow Homes is an award-winning, family-run granny flat builder and we are dedicated to building high-quality, affordable granny flats on the Northern Beaches and Metro areas of Sydney.
