- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling and priming walls, ceilings, woodwork and other surfaces

- Apply paint, varnish, stains and other protective coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment with precision and attention to detail

- Execute decorative techniques including feature walls, faux finishes, stenciling and specialist effects as required

- Hang wallpaper, vinyl and other wall coverings, ensuring proper alignment and adhesion

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations

- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean and organised manner, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Interpret design specifications, colour schemes and project requirements from clients and supervisors

- Work both independently and as part of a team on residential, commercial and industrial projects

- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors and clients regarding progress, challenges and completion timelines

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
