Employed directly by SRBC, you will support our overarching brand presence for our operational brands: Songbird, Eagleton Ridge Disability Services, and ReadyCare.

This role is ideal for a marketer who derives personal value from contributing to a valuable cause. Reporting directly to CEO, this role operates independently, developing and launching campaigns, managing the digital advertising spend, managing the social media content and deployment email campaigns. You will oversee the digital footprint for all SRBC brands, ensuring that our online presence connects people in need with the trusted support they need.

Key Responsibilities





- Multi-Brand Digital Strategy: Manage the digital marketing execution across Songbird, ERDS, and ReadyCare.
- Website & SEO Management: Oversee content updates, landing page creation, and technical SEO across all group websites, including srbc.com.au.
- Paid Advertising: Design and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive growth via our SDA partnership in the Hunter, Newcastle, and Central Coast regions.
- Email Marketing (EDM): Develop targeted email campaigns for referral partners, clients, and community stakeholders.
- Impact Storytelling: Craft digital content that highlights how we help individuals thrive within their community, no matter their ability.
- Process Optimisation: Utilise AI to optimise care overheads and administrative costs to help protect our 10% net profit margin goal.
