As part of our continued growth, UON is seeking a flexible 6month FTC Payroll Officer to join our team based in Malaga, Perth.

About The Opportunity

The purpose of the Payroll Officer is to be responsible for accurate and timely generation of payroll and maintenance of employee data. If you are looking for 3-4 days' work per week or 5days we are versatile. The important part is your experience.

- DEFINITIV is highly desirable ~ alternatively equivalent software experience would be considered including the following - Xero payroll | HR21/iChris | Employment Hero Payroll | Mircopay | Ascender | SAP | Technology One
- You will need to have worked in a similar environment ~ experienced in a variety of payroll processes and rosters, including processing T/sheets

Core Responsibilities

- Accurate and timely generation of fortnightly payroll




- Payment and reconciliation of all payroll base taxes and superannuation
- Completion of year end returns for payroll as required
- Set up of all new employee records and all related data
- Identification and implementation of process enhancements
- Ad Hoc projects as required

About You:

- 3 Years industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Process
- Certificate 3 or higher Accounting (desired)
