/n The Role /n

/n As a Personal Care Worker you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices. /n
/n
/n The key focus of the role will be to: /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents. /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort. /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation. /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership. /n /n
/n

- /n Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents. /n /n

/n To be successful, you will have /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent) /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Experience in Aged Care highly regarded /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) /n /n
/n
/n /n
- /n Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) /n /n
/n
/n /n
