Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South Kingscliff

Looking for a casual personal training role in Kingscliff? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week,



approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
