Brunel is partnering with a leading Australian construction firm to appoint an experienced Project Manager for commercial builds in Townsville and North Queensland. You will lead delivery of projects valued up to $60M, manage budgets, procure subcontractors, and drive timely, quality outcomes with robust client relationships.

The role requires 4+ years as a PM in commercial building and a solid grasp of contracts, procurement and cost control, plus excellent leadership and communication skills.
