AFCA in Brisbane is seeking a Sessional Ombudsman for Investment & Advice disputes. This fixed-term role (three years) offers adaptable, per-engagement work with remote options, from one day a week to several days per month.

We value senior legal qualifications, broad industry knowledge (financial planning, stockbroking, funds, crypto or derivatives), and the ability to explain complex decisions clearly while mentoring junior staff.
