About the role

As our Service Coordinator, you're the first person customers speak to when they need service support. You'll keep technician schedules running smoothly, resolve enquiries quickly, and make sure every customer feels looked after, from a routine service to an urgent call-out. It's a busy, varied role at the centre of our service team, covering both of our brands.

What you'll be doing

- Being the primary contact for customer calls and enquiries, prioritising requests and assigning them to the right technician
- Scheduling technician visits, from routine maintenance to urgent call-outs
- Managing high call volumes efficiently, staying calm and courteous




- Keeping customers updated and following up until every job is resolved
- Handling complaints from first contact through to resolution
- Preparing accurate, timely invoices for completed work

What we're looking for

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple enquiries and priorities at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a genuine customer-first approach
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset that stays calm and courteous in every conversation
- Experience with job management or scheduling software, or a real willingness to learn ours
- A sharp eye for detail, especially with invoicing, scheduling and record keeping
