WSM Plumbing is a well established plumbing company servicing Melbourne CBD and surrounding metropolitan areas, providing professional plumbing maintenance and project services to commercial office buildings and industrial warehouses. With a strong reputation for reliability, quality workmanship, and responsive service, we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team.

About the Role

This full time plumbing role is a diverse, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be carrying out a variety of plumbing maintenance and project work across commercial office spaces, industrial warehouses, and other commercial facilities for a broad range of valued clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reactive and emergency plumbing maintenance.
- General commercial plumbing repairs and fault finding.
- Preventative and scheduled maintenance.
- Drainage repairs and blocked drain investigations.
- Hot and cold water service repairs and replacements.
- TMV servicing and testing (preferred but not essential).
- Leak detection and repairs.
- Installation and replacement of plumbing fixtures and pipework.
- Small to medium commercial project works.
- Liaising professionally with clients, building managers, and facility managers.




- Completing job documentation using mobile job management software.

Requirements

- Qualified or licensed plumber.
- Current Victorian Plumbing Registration/Licence.
- White Card.
- Current Victorian Driver Licence.
- Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in commercial maintenance plumbing.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
- Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call roster
- Backflow prevention accreditation.
- TMV accreditation.
- Excavator, EWP or confined space tickets.
- Experience working within commercial office buildings and industrial facilities.
