Reece Group is seeking an experienced Property Development Manager to identify and deliver recent property opportunities across Australia and New Zealand, from the first site conversation through to development approval and construction handover.

Reporting to the Design and Development Lead, you will manage the development process, assess opportunities, navigate planning requirements and ensure each site is fit for purpose while aligning with growth plans.
