Snowy Hydro is seeking an Onboarding Lead for Snowy 2.0 to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for mobilising and onboarding the workforce across the project. You will report to the Head of People and Culture and drive workforce readiness, ensuring personnel are compliant, competent, and ready to perform safely before deployment.

This role includes strategy for housing logistics in Cooma, site access, licenses, medical clearances, and governance for compliance.
