Join a well-respected commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial construction projects valued up to $10 million on a 9-month contract commencing in January 2027, with potential to extend, if workload permits.
About the Role
- Manage commercial projects from planning through to completion
- Oversee budgets, programmes, contracts and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget
- Direct support to Project Site Managers
- Work autonomously with the support of a team-oriented and experienced team
- Reporting to Construction Manager & Directors
About You
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience with Procore, HammerTech, Microsoft Project and Jobpac (preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Current Working with Children Check
- Australian working rights
