Lofty Property Group is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Project Coordinator to join the team and work closely with the Director across a diverse portfolio of commercial property developments, including shopping centres, childcare, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. This is a varied, hands-on role involving the full development lifecycle, from due diligence, planning and design through to procurement, construction, tenant coordination and handover.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating due diligence, feasibility inputs and development assessments
- Managing planning applications, approvals and council requirements
- Coordinating architects, engineers, planners and specialist consultants
- Driving design coordination and resolving project issues as they arise
- Monitoring project expenditure, consultant fees, invoices and budgets
- Supporting contract review, procurement and builder engagement
- Liaising with tenants and operators on design, leasing and fit out requirements
- Managing project programmes, key milestones, actions and risks
- Coordinating construction delivery, approvals,



handover and settlement requirements
- Maintaining explicit project reporting, documentation and systems

About you

- Highly organised and commercially minded
- Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to proactively identify issues, follow through on actions and keep projects moving
- Experience in property development, construction or commercial project management highly regarded
