Pan Pacific Melbourne is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our energetic kitchen team, delivering high-standard à la carte dishes during dinner service at Dock 37 Restaurant and bar. You will work closely with Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef to uphold culinary standards, manage station organisation, portion control, stock rotation, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 5-star hotel or high-end dining experience, a Certificate III in Cookery, HACCP and Food Safety
