Building Services is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead a large field service operation across metropolitan and regional Victoria. You will drive operational performance, customer satisfaction and revenue growth while leading a team of 65–70 employees.

The role reports to the Regional Director and offers hybrid working arrangements, vehicle allowance and a market-competitive salary package with a bonus opportunity.
