nib Dental Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Centre Leader for a permanent, full-time role at our 10-chair CBD practice. You will support the Centre Leader while remaining hands-on chairside, in reception and in sterilisation.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong people skills and confidence engaging a team. You’ll contribute to daily operations, patient experience and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
