Spin Personnel is supporting a fashion client in Sydney to hire a hands‑on Marketing Operations Lead/Marketing Manager. You will drive retail marketing delivery, coordinate campaigns, and ensure on‑brand, on‑budget execution while freeing the Head of Marketing for strategy.

You will manage campaigns, content creation and ecommerce shoots from concept to delivery, and oversee the marketing calendar, spend reconciliation, and stakeholder communications across design, ecommerce, social and agencies.
