About the role

Join our Kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of your kitchen section, deliver consistently high-quality dishes and support smooth service across our busy resort operation. You'll work alongside a collaborative kitchen and food & beverage team in a fast-paced, well-supported environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, this role suits a passionate chef who takes pride in quality and presentation.

Duties

Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes across our resort food outlets.

Independently manage your allocated kitchen section during preparation and service.

Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.

Support and guide junior chefs, cooks and apprentices.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, stock control and WHS standards.





Skills & Experience

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (essential).

Previous Chef de Partie experience, ideally within a high-volume kitchen.

Confidence managing a kitchen section independently during busy service.

Solid food safety knowledge, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Positive team attitude and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
