About the Role

As a Piggery Attendant, you will play an key role in the daily care and welfare of our pigs, ensuring high standards of animal husbandry, hygiene and farm operations are maintained.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing daily care, feeding and monitoring of pigs.
- Monitoring animal health, welfare and behaviour.
- Assisting with the movement and handling of livestock.
- Cleaning and maintaining piggery facilities and equipment.
- Following farm biosecurity, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.




- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve daily farm requirements.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are dependable, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in farming, livestock or animal care (highly regarded but not essential).
- A genuine interest in working with animals.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to undertake physically demanding tasks.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence.
- Flexibility to work every second weekend.
- A commitment to animal welfare, workplace safety and biosecurity.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

No previous piggery experience? That's okay! We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in agriculture.

Employment Type: Full time

- Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:26pm
- Location: Murray Bridge, South Australia
