Patties Foods Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Production Shift Supervisor for our Pakenham manufacturing site. The afternoon shift runs 3:00pm–11:06pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on leading the production team on the floor and driving protected, efficient operations.

You will work with Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Safety teams to continually improve how we work, coaching operators and resolving issues in real time to hit targets and uphold high standards.
