Senior Accountant - Accounting & Business Advisory

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing Accounting & Business Advisory team. This is an opportunity to broaden your advisory exposure, build trusted client relationships and make a genuine impact within a team-oriented and growing firm.

You’ll work closely with business owners across a diverse client base, helping them navigate challenges, identify opportunities and achieve their goals through expert accounting, taxation and advisory support.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a broad range of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts and partnerships
- Preparing BAS and IAS returns and ensuring compliance obligations are met
- Supporting clients with technical matters including CGT, GST and Division 7A
- Preparing management reports, board packs and business performance insights
- Supporting business owners with strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with junior team members
- Collaborating across Prime’s Accounting, Wealth, SMSF, Capital and Consulting divisions to deliver integrated client outcomes

About You

We’re looking for someone who is technically capable,



commercially minded and genuinely enjoys working with clients.

You’ll bring:

- CA or CPA qualification, or be nearing completion
- 3+ years’ experience in public practice accounting
- Experience across tax, compliance, business advisory and/or outsourced CFO services
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience within a mid-tier or similar professional services environment will be highly regarded
