About the role

We’re looking for two seasoned sysadmins to join a large, fast-moving government environment in Brisbane (hybrid), supporting a modern workplace stack and keeping critical services running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and support the end-user MOE across desktops/laptops, mobiles and tablets, including packaging and operational uplift
- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services, including Teams Voice and Teams Meeting Rooms
- Configure and maintain MDM/MAM for Windows, iOS/iPadOS and Android (e.g., Intune/Endpoint Manager)
- Support an ITIL-aligned workplace, including working within ServiceNow
- Strengthen endpoint security using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Microsoft 365 Defender

Highly desirable criteria





- Proven engineering/operations experience across MOE + modern endpoint management in a corporate/enterprise environment.

Desirable criteria

- Exposure to technologies such as Autopilot, SCCM, Azure, AWS, RDS/Windows 365, PowerShell, and device policies/configuration profiles.

Skills and experience

- To succeed, you’ll bring strong troubleshooting skills, stakeholder-friendly communication, and the ability to deliver reliable outcomes in a structured (ITIL-based) support workplace.
