Discovery Resorts - Undara, part of G'day Group, is seeking an operations leader to drive day-to-day resort performance in a remote outback setting. This live-in role oversees multiple departments, from F&B; to maintenance, delivering exceptional guest experiences and profitable outcomes.

You will manage a diverse team of up to 50, lead budgeting and asset care, and collaborate with senior leaders to uphold safety, compliance and service standards across the property.
