The Smoking Camel in Byron Bay, part of Arcade Agency, is seeking a Venue Manager to own the operation and lead a quick-paced FOH team. You’ll drive the guest experience, culture and commercial performance with the Head Chef and leadership team.

Lead from the floor during service, coach staff, manage labour and budgets, and align front-of-house with back-of-house to deliver exceptional hospitality. You’ll influence how the venue grows and remains competitive while maintaining high standards.
