Aware Super is seeking a Client Service Officer to provide superior service to Advice clients, prospective clients and members, while supporting Financial Planners with administrative and operational tasks. You will work in office in our Parramatta office with hours 8:45 am–5:15 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls and inbox enquiries, coordinating diaries, preparing documentation, resolving queries, maintaining smooth operations and upholding risk and
