Big4Bank is seeking a Fraud and Scams Officer in Parramatta, NSW, on a 12-month contract. The role involves frontline detection, investigation, and mitigation of fraudulent activity in a high-volume contact centre, with real-time alerts and preventative actions.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, manage fraud queues, and liaise with Risk, Legal, and Branch teams to secure accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate investigations.
