Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale West Leederville

Looking for a casual personal training role in West Leederville? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours. There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

The role

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.




- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check. Apply with your CV. We are happy to answer questions about the role.
