Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Padstow

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Padstow. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- What it pays

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week:



$55 per hour
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
