Are you a dedicated pharmacist looking for a clear and supported path into pharmacy management? We are seeking a driven professional to join our team initially as a Pharmacist, stepping smoothly into the Pharmacist Manager role as part of our structured leadership transition plan.

About the Role & Transition Pathway

- Phase 1 (Pharmacist): Hit the ground running by providing top-tier patient care, accurate dispensing, and building rapport with our community while learning our operations.

- Phase 2 (Pharmacist Manager): Transition into full leadership of the dispensary and pharmacy operations—overseeing team performance, driving health outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working hand-in-hand with our Retail Manager to grow the overall business.

- Full-Time Position: 38–40 hours per week. Flexible roster – NO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS!





Key Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor the dispensary team to deliver outstanding patient health outcomes, focusing on medication compliance and holistic health and well-being advice.

- Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service and patient counselling.

- Stay up to date with PBS legislative requirements and industry standards.

- Actively engage in ongoing professional training programs.

- Collaborate on the financial and operational success of the pharmacy.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- General Registration as an Australian Pharmacist.

- Prior management experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities within a community pharmacy setting.

- Experience using the FRED dispensing system.

- High proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Uncompromising integrity, honesty, and dedication to customer service excellence.

- Current First Aid Qualification.
