About the role PRUCTON is currently seeking experienced and motivated tradespeople, trade assistants, and labourers to join a major Sydney Water Pre-Treatment Plant Horsley Park Installation Project.

Every hour worked on site attracts:

✅ Tool Allowance - $2.00/hr

✅ Travel Allowance - $3.00/hr

✅ PIP Allowance - $2.00/hr

✅ Site Allowance - $2.00/hr

✅ Completion Bonus - $2.00/hr

Total Additional Benefits: $11.00/hr

This means potential earnings of:

- Labourers: $46.87/hr
- Skilled TA's: $48.13/hr
- Boilermakers / Mechanical Fitters: $59.71/hr
- Pipe Fitters / Plumbers: $60.85/hr

PLUS, overtime and penalty rates.

What We're Looking For





Successful applicants will have experience working within construction, infrastructure, water, mining, oil & gas, shutdown, maintenance, or industrial projects.

Key Skills & Experience

- Relevant trade qualification (where applicable)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Experience with stainless steel piping systems
- Experience with structural steel installation
- Mechanical installation and commissioning experience
- Robust safety focus and quality workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent work ethic and reliability

- Confined Space
- Telehandler Ticket
- Basic Rigging Ticket
- CN/C6 Plant Tickets
- First Aid
- Silica Awareness
- Fit Test Certificate
- Previous Tier 1 project experience

Mandatory Requirements To be considered you must hold:

- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- EWP / Yellow Card
- Working at Heights
