Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for rotational roles across Grade 1 and Grade 2 positions within our unit-based clinical pharmacy team. The role offers opportunities to train in specialty streams, participate in credentialing for PPmc, and rotate through dispensing, compounding and BRICC placements as part of your development.

You will work with a supportive team, with regular in-service education, SHPA residency opportunities, and ongoing skilled growth supported
