Betty's Burgers is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a rapid-paced, high-volume operation including a new drive-through setup. You will manage front and back-of-house teams, drive financial targets, and implement marketing initiatives to grow the business.

You will report to the Operations Manager and be hands-on across all management aspects, delivering exceptional guest experiences while building a high-performing team and ensuring SOP compliance.
