Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Lara Lakes is opening soon, and we're searching for an experienced Educational Leader to help build a culture of excellence from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to establish strong educational foundations, mentor a passionate team of educators, and create high-quality learning environments within our brand-new, purpose-built service.

Working alongside an experienced Centre Manager and leadership team, you'll play a key role in embedding exceptional practice, supporting educator growth, and ensuring every child receives the very best start to their learning journey.

About the Role

As Educational Leader, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to establish and maintain high-quality educational practices across the service.

You will:

- Lead and guide educational practice across all learning environments
- Mentor, coach and develop educators to build confidence and capability
- Support curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
- Embed Aspire's Grow, Learn & Connect philosophy throughout the service
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Drive continuous quality improvement from the centre's opening
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community
- Partner with the Centre Leadership Team to support daily operations
- Build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You

You're a passionate and experienced Educational Leader who enjoys developing people, inspiring best practice and building strong educational cultures.

You'll bring:

- ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher, with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education highly regarded
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader; experience in new centre openings is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards
- A collaborative coaching and mentoring leadership style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to quality and compliance
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
