Based in Milton, Brisbane, the role oversees business partnering, policy, remuneration and employee value proposition, delivering practical People outcomes for leaders and staff.

You will lead a geographically dispersed team, shape the EVP, and ensure consistent People processes and capabilities across the organisation. Hybrid working and national travel are expected.
