Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with property inspections and take notes to provide feedback to management.

- Support marketing and promotional activities for property sales.
- Help set appointments and coordinate viewings efficiently.
- Learn to canvass new business opportunities, including prospective vendors, landlords, and buyers.
- Assist in preparing property reports, market updates, and proposals for management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients at all times.
