Vital Culture is recruiting on behalf of a founder-led aesthetic clinic in Perth's inner north. The clinicians are credentialed and the standard of care is high. The clinic is growing and the founder needs a Practice Manager for Wednesday to Friday.

The role

You look after the people, the patient experience, the systems and the numbers, and you see how each one affects the others. You work alongside the clinical team and the front desk, so patients and staff see you every day. You bring growth ideas forward as a plan the founder can say yes to.

About you

You have managed a clinic, practice or service business with a team of your own.



You are comfortable reading a profit and loss statement and just as comfortable with a patient or colleague having a hard day. You are organised, discreet and calm, focused and in control under pressure. You have used practice management or booking software. Aesthetics experience helps and judgement matters more.

What is on offer

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Wednesday to Friday with the option to add hours as the clinic grows. A premium clinic with high standards and a team that supports each other. Direct influence on how a growing clinic runs.
