About the role
Prospero Teaching Australia is partnering with schools across Queensland to recruit passionate Primary and Secondary Teachers for January 2027 opportunities. Full time teaching opportunities are available across Queensland in vibrant regional communities, tropical coastal locations, and growing metropolitan areas.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and support student learning in Primary (Prep-Year 6)
- Secondary Maths, Engineering, Science, TAS, PDHPE, Visual Art, Hard Materials, Woodwork
- Special Education settings
- Create positive learning environments
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and school communities
- Contribute to school leadership initiatives where applicable
About you
- Passionate about education and student success
- Open to new experiences and opportunities
- Strong relationship builders
- Adaptable and community-minded
- Committed to creating positive learning environments
- Bachelor of Education (or equivalent)
- Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration, or eligibility to obtain
- Full Australian work rights
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum two qualified references
