Location: Goulburn, NSW – Site-based

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Purchasing / Procurement.

Work Eligibility: Candidates must have valid Australian work rights (Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or valid visa holders with work rights)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage local purchasing of materials, equipment, consumables and services.
- Identify and source suppliers, prepare RFQs and evaluate quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Raise, process and manage purchase orders using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Follow up with suppliers and expedite urgent material deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support supplier onboarding, documentation and compliance requirements.
- Resolve purchase order discrepancies, delivery issues and invoice queries.




- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information and purchasing reports.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of RFQ processes and purchase order management.
- Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation and negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to manage expediting, logistics and delivery coordination.
- Solid communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering services, manufacturing or heavy industry is preferred.
