About the opportunity A well-established national procurement services organisation is growing its procurement advisory service. It needs a hands-on Sourcing Specialist to run tenders for its clients on a 6 month contract, with real potential to extend as the advisory work grows.

What you’ll be doing

- Running end-to-end tenders for clients, from scoping requirements through to evaluation, negotiation and contract award
- Working on general business categories such as marketing and communications, print and creative, and travel, a broad range of goods and services.
- Working directly with clients across the private, not-for-profit, education and health sectors
- Getting across new categories quickly through research and market analysis
- Collaborating with category managers and the wider sourcing team





What you’ll bring

- Around 4–5 years’ procurement experience, with a proven track record of running tenders yourself (not just analysis or strategy)
- Adaptability and confidence picking up unfamiliar categories
- A polished, personable, client-facing manner
- A cooperative, team-first attitude
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI) and comfort with tender software and AI tools
- Full working rights in Australia
