- /n 8+ years as a Product Owner or Customer Journey Expert /n
- /n 5+ years project experience in Business Intelligence/Data warehousing or related function, with at least two years of this time within the Financial Services/Banking sector /n
- /n Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and documentation meaningful to both business stakeholders and developers /n
- /n Experience in a client facing role /n
- /n Conduct workshops with business, technical and project teams /n
- /n Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of systems, data flows and elements stored across data stores /n
- /n Provide insights and analysis that are well presented and meaningful to the business to engage with stakeholders at all levels of management /n
- /n Excellent communication, process, documentation and writing skills with a keen understanding of data quality and information management principles. /n
- /n Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively in a diverse team-based workplace and drive the implementation /n
- /n Experience working in an Agile delivery environment /n /n
