Production Kitchen Team – Moorabbin | Chefs, Kitchen Porters/Kitchenhands and Packing Team Supervisor

About Us

Foxes Den is a fast-growing prepared meals business producing high-quality meals distributed across Victoria, NSW and Queensland.

We’re looking for reliable, experienced team members to join our Moorabbin production kitchen across several roles and shifts. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, consistency and food quality matter, we’d love to hear from you.

Positions Available

- Production Chefs – Full-time | $70,000–$75,000 per annum

- Kitchen Porters / Kitchen Hands – Part-time and casual | Approximately 20–30 hours per week

- Packing Team Leaders / Supervisors – Part time and full-time opportunities

The Role

You’ll be part of a busy production kitchen, preparing, cooking and packing meals in line with established recipes, procedures and quality standards.

Depending on your role, shifts may include:

- Production Chefs: Day shifts, generally 6-2pm. Occasional Sunday cover may also be required to cover planned leave for our Sunday chef.

- Kitchen Porters and Kitchen-hands:



Both day shifts and afternoon shifts

- Packing Team Leaders / Supervisors: Shifts to be discussed based on the role and operational requirements

What You’ll Need

- Experience in bulk cooking, a production kitchen or a large-scale restaurant environment

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
- A reliable, team-focused approach and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commitment to food safety, hygiene and product quality

- Good communication skills and a willingness to support the wider team
