We’re looking for an experienced Production & Garment Technical Coordinator to help keep product moving smoothly from development through to delivery. This hands-on role combines end-to-end production coordination, supplier management and garment technical expertise.

What you’ll do

- Own and manage critical paths, samples, approvals and production milestones.
- Build robust supplier relationships, monitor performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Provide technical support across fit, garment construction, specifications and quality.
- Review Tech Packs, measurements, samples and testing reports, and communicate clear technical feedback.
- Keep production information accurate and up to date.
- Identify ways to improve processes,



reduce lead times and support quality, cost and delivery targets.

What you’ll bring

- 4 or more years experience in women’s fashion
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, patternmaking, grading and measurements.
- Experience managing production critical paths and working with overseas suppliers.
- Confidence balancing technical requirements, cost, quality and delivery.
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills—and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
