At Precision Garage Doors & Gates, we pride ourselves on supplying, manufacturing, and installing high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and gates across Sydney. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and hands-on Production & Warehouse / Installation Worker to join our busy team based in Condell Park.The RoleThis is a diverse, fast-paced role that splits time between our warehouse production floor and on-site client installations. You will assist with prepping materials, loading trucks, and working alongside experienced technicians to install state-of-the-art garage doors, gates, and automated motor systems.

- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: Monday to Friday (Standard day shifts, e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Remuneration: Competitive hourly rates (negotiable based on experience) + Super + Overtime potential

Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse & Production: Assist in assembling, cutting, drilling, and preparing garage door sections, springs, and hardware for installation.
- Inventory & Loading: Pick stock, load installation vehicles safely, and maintain an organized, safe warehouse environment.
- On-Site Installation: Travel to residential and commercial job sites across Sydney to assist with fitting tracking,



springs, panels, and automatic openers.
- Power Tools: Safely operate a wide range of hand and power tools.

Skills & Qualifications Required

- Mechanically Minded: Strong hands-on aptitude and practical problem-solving skills (prior construction, carpentry, or mechanical experience is highly regarded).
- Physical Fitness: This is a physical role requiring heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Tool Competency: Proven experience confidently using power tools, drills, grinders, and measuring equipment.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills when interacting with customers.
