Project Engineer | Water Treatment & Remediation | Sydney Based + Travel | $120k to $130k + Super + Car

Burgess Personnel is recruiting a Project Engineer on behalf of a well-established water treatment and environmental remediation specialist. This is a permanent position based in Sydney, with travel to project sites across Australia as required. The client needs someone urgently.

You’ll be working on water treatment and remediation projects from start to finish, so you’ll see the whole job, not just one piece of it.

What you’ll bring

? Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Environmental or Civil Engineering (or similar)





? Project engineering experience in chemical processing, water treatment, water remediation or water infrastructure projects

? Sound understanding of project delivery: scope, schedule, cost, procurement and site coordination

? Confident dealing with clients, contractors and site teams

? Able to travel to project sites when required

? Current driver’s licence

What you’ll be doing

▪️ Managing project scope, schedules, budgets and documentation

▪️ Coordinating design, procurement, fabrication and site works

▪️ Working with site teams during installation and commissioning

▪️ Liaising with clients and subcontractors from tender through to handover

▪️ Supporting HSE and quality requirements across projects
