Ray White Colac is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. With a strong focus on rural and lifestyle real estate, this is an opportunity to work with everything from lifestyle properties and small acreage to farming properties and agricultural holdings. You'll have the chance to build valuable relationships with local farmers, landowners, buyers and sellers while developing a rewarding career in a energetic and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, farmers and the local community
- Prospecting for new business and identifying rural, lifestyle and residential sales opportunities
- Assisting with property appraisals, marketing campaigns, inspections and buyer enquiries
- Working with clients selling or purchasing farms, lifestyle properties, acreage and rural holdings
- Developing knowledge of local property values, farming land, livestock operations and the broader rural property market
- Managing and supporting clients throughout the property sales process
- Following up leads, maintaining client records and preparing sales documentation
- Participating in marketing activities, networking opportunities and community events




- Working towards individual and team sales goals

About you

- A genuine interest in rural and lifestyle real estate, farming or the agricultural industry
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, farming operations, livestock and rural property
- A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building lasting relationships
- A self-motivated, organised individual with initiative and attention to detail
- A professional approach, positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but can also take ownership of their goals
- A willingness to learn, embrace new challenges and build a long-term career in real estate
- An Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent's Licence, or a willingness to obtain the required qualification
- A current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
